Riverlea Ext, Johannesburg South, one of the poorest communities due to high unemployment. 80% of the Community is suffering from mental health issues, substance abuse and HIV. Most of the children and adults are physically and sexually abused. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hope to Heal Foundation Community Support Centre distributed food hampers to 50 families in Riverlea Ext. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
